December 17, 2024, Town of Fort Myers Beach, FL - The redevelopment of the former Red Coconut RV Park is approved! The first development agreement of it's kind will serve as a catalyst for town wide redevelopment. Utilizing the Village District density and uses, the design promotes 137 multi-family units, 4 single family residences, a private beach club, and supporting commercial. A height increase to a maximum of 17-stories reduced the footprint of the structure to provide significant land area with additional amenities including public recreation, access and infrastructure.

181 Gilchrist Avenue

February 14, 2024, Boca Grande, Lee County, FL - A Special Certificate of Appropriateness was approved by the Boca Grande Historic Preservation Board for a new cottage. On a separate lot from the adjacent main house, this residence will serve as a guest house and is located on site to preserve the existing banyan tree.

161 Gilchrist AveNUE

December 14, 2023, Boca Grande, Lee County, FL - After appealing the original decision, a Special Certificate of Appropriateness was approved by the Boca Grande Historic Preservation Board for a new residence. The existing structure will be demolished due to damage from Hurricane Ian. The new residence maintains all existing access easements for adjacent properties and interconnection to Gilchrist Avenue & the Gulf of Mexico.

Peach Creek Conceptual PUD

September 26, 2023, Walton County - The Conceptual Planned Unit Development for an Aging in Place community along Peach Creek is approved. Providing traditional multi-family, senior apartments, assisted living and memory units combined with public parks, multi-use path, wetland conservation easements and non-motorized watercraft access to Peach Creek. Establishing a new bar for development in Walton County.

Daniels South MPD

September 6, 2023, Lee County - The Board of County Commissioners approved the Daniels South Comprehensive Plan Amendment and Mixed Use Planned Development. Over 60% of the 1,233 acre property will be preserved under conservation easement with the upland development establishing a new mixed use community with 130,000 square feet of commercial and 1,600 dwelling units.

Quail Run Conceptual PUD

June 22, 2023, Walton County - Almost 3 years in the making, the Board of County Commissioners approved this mixed use development with  80,000 square feet of neighborhood serving commercial and 400 residential dwelling units. Supported by preservation of over 30% of the on-site wetlands, a 3.5 acre parcel for future emergency services and a 6.5 mile utility extension.
